I certify that I have owned this tree for the number of years required by the eligibility rules for the Category that I am entering. 3. I certify that I am considered an amateur and have not conducted any workshops, demonstrations, nor instructed any class in bonsai to retain my amateur standing. 4. I understand that this application and all submissions become the property of GSBF and may not be returned. 5. I certify that all photos submitted are originals and have not been altered in any manner. I grant GSBF the right to take or make additional photographs. 6. I also grant to GSBF the right to publish in Golden Statements or to present online, any or all photographs submitted or those additionally taken by GSBF representatives, tree history, and judging critiques of said bonsai. GSBF may edit the history or critiques for publication. 7. I understand that in order to be eligible, all materials must be submitted with a postmark no later than July 31, 2004 and that GSBF is not responsible for lost mail.
